Return & Refunds – MTJ

 

We at MTJ aim at customer’s satisfaction, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We regret to inform you that we do not have a return and exchange policy on sale articles.

ORDER CANCELLATION & LIABILITY

MTJ reserves the right to cancel any order at any given time due to any circumstances. MTJ shall not be held liable for any shipment delay or cancellation due to any circumstances beyond its control.

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@mtj.com.pk within 72 hours of delivery

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Due perfume lasting and fragrance likeness, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.

  • Due to the lasting nature and personal preference of perfumes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances with opened or used packaging.
