Fragrances cannot be shipped internationally as it’s restricted by DHL courier due to its flammable nature. delivering only in Pakistan
Due to perfume lasting and fragrance likeness, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
The customer will usually get an order in 1-5 business days after the order is placed. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan.
“Cash On Delivery” orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification. However, MTJ holds the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes sale, season launches, and other promotions.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
• The estimated dispatch time for International order is 5 to 7 working after the order has been confirmed.
• The delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
• MTJ will not be responsible for any refund if the consignee requests for order cancelation once the order "is in process".
• Customers will be liable to bear the shipment and custom charges if they refuse or receive the delivery.
